To ensure your apartment is perfect when your move-in date arrives, we go through an extensive checklist throughout your entire apartment to make sure everything is working as it should. In addition to this, we have a professional cleaning team come and clean your entire apartment to make sure it is perfect for when you arrive.

You do not have to be present for a service technician to perform work. When putting in a service request, there is a place for you to put in entry notes.

Yes.

If an item in your unit needs to be repaired, you can put in a service request through your resident portal. Our maintenance team will ensure your item gets fixed as quickly as possible.

If you get locked out, we have multiple solutions. Upon moving in, we provide a key fob and front door key so you have multiple ways of accessing your apartment. Another solution is to call a locksmith so you may get into your apartment.

If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency, there is an after hours line you may call. By calling our office number, the voice on the other line will help guide you to placing an emergency maintenance request.

We have open and covered parking available.

Arcadia's amenities include, but are not limited to: our 24/7 fitness center, our heated saltwater pool, our clubhouse, a pet spa, dog park, covered parking, a coffee station, private office suites, electric charging stations, elevators, and retail spaces coming soon!

Our community is very pet friendly!

The appliances that come in our apartments are: Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven/Stove, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Full Size Washer & Dryer

We do not offer furnished apartments.

Our amenites can be accessed different times of day. Our fitness center is available 24/7. Our heated saltwater pool can be accessed from 8:00AM-10:00PM. Our clubhouse is always open for residents as long as you have your key fob!

We do have parking available. We have open and covered parking for resident use, and there is no extra charge for covered parking.

We have a limit of 2 pets per apartment.

Our application process is quick and easy! It typically takes 1-2 business days for an application to come back approved, as long as everything is uploaded correctly.

Rent payments can be made online with a debit card, credit card, or directly through your bank. We also accept cashier's checks.

You are not required to purchase renters insurance, as liability insurance is included in our monthly Concierge Service.

Our monthly Concierge Service includes Fiber Optic Internet through Xfinity.

You will need the following documents for the application process: Your bank information for our third party proof of income screening company, or a signed offer letter if you have not started your new job at the time of applying.

The only utility you will need to set up is electric through Huntsville Utilities. Huntsville Utilities has a website where you can start the service!

The price you see online for our apartments is the base rent. We have our monthly Concierge Service on top of that price which includes Fiber Optic Internet, Valet Trash, Pest Control, and Liability Insurance which totals to $104.59 a month. Electric is seperate through Huntsville Utilities. Water/sewer is metered based off of your usage, and will be posted on your resident portal each month.

We let you know of your application status as soon as we receive it. You'll receive a copy of the credit report, and may dispute it through our screening company if you see fit.

Arcadia has a grace period from the 1st of the month through the 5th. You're required to pay rent during the 1st through 5th of each month, and receive a late fee on the 6th if it is not paid.

Arcadia's application fee is $75 per applicant, with a $200 administrative fee

The school district we are located in is Huntsville City Schools

Not only will Arcadia have retail spaces located on one side of our building, we are in close proximity to Bridge Street and MidCity which are both filled with different shopping and food locations.

Arcadia is located off of Bradford Drive and Wynn Drive, near the University of Alabama Huntsville and off of University Drive.
